1. The organization reviews the annual disclosure forms submitted by covered persons, and maintains a list of potentially conflicted entities and individuals.2. Proposed transactions can be then maatched against the list as a means of idenfying possible conflicts. 3. The organziation also conduct periodic review of transactions involving any significant expenditure of organizational funds to ensure any compensation paid continues to be reasonable. 4. The policy is communicated to all employees.
