In march 2012, bscd properties received donations of five single-family residential properties from two not-fot-profit organizations. Beginning in april of 2012, bscd properties provided the residential properties to dekalb community servie board as residences for developmental-disabled clients. The monthly rental terms for the properties remained the same as had been contracted between dekalb csb andthe donor entities. Dekalb csb provided programs and services to the developmentally disabled adults. The agency operates day programs that offer work activities,day rehabilitation,physical therapy and community access activities. The agency also operates a residential program for its clients. Bscd maintains and operatesthe residential homes in support of the dekalb csb programs.
