Promoting health & wellness through athletic development. Focusing on total wellness through sports-specific instruction for students ages 8-22. Helping athletic development preparation has led to student-athletes receiving college scholarships to numerous colleges and universities. The program helps student-athletes gain confidence and a positive self-image. Individual small group development training sessions with certified and professional instruction. Include sport-specific skill development conditioning strength training agility and mobility. The sessions help student-athletes to excel in their specific competitive arenas by focusing on the skills they specifically need. This boosts their confidence and preparedness and positions them for improved opportunities at athletic scholarships. And continued success as collegiate student-athletes. These sessions consist of one person to as many as 8 people both male and female from ages 8-22. These sessions are held all year long.$0$11,047
Mentoring youth for academic & athletic preparation for college - Our mentoring program consists of various meetings throughout the year both in individual and group settings.
