(d)to keep member clubs abreast of internal and external developments and issues at the association level and to express and advocate to the association the ideas, concerns and unique interests of member clubs (e)to encourage and provide a structure for member clubs to work with, communicate among and support one another with mutual respect and to promote such cooperation and respect among all automobile clubs, regardless of size. (f) to engage in any and all lawful activities incidental to the foregoing purposes, except as restricted herein. The corporation shall be empowered only to engage in activities in furtherance of the above purposes and shall not conduct any activities not permitted to be carried on by a corporation exempt from federal income tax under section 50l(a) of the code. The corporation may not be organized for profit or to engage in an activity ordinarily carried on for profit. The corporation shall not engage in promoting or propagandizing or otherwise attempt to influence legislation, nor participate or intervene in any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public office.”
