ReasonableCauseExplanation/ExplanationTxt0As with our 2021 return just filed this week we were behind filing due to records being moved off site to a storage site and being misplaced in addition the computer hard drive was also replaced so we had to start from ground up to file these returns which took many volunteer hours. Thank you for your understanding and we respectfully request waiving any late fees or penalties due to these circumstances. Much appreciated
