PAINT OUTSIDE THE LINES WORKED WITH OVER 800 CONFLICT AFFECTED YOUTH IN JORDAN AND IRAQ. THE YOUTH PARTICIPATED IN EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS AND ASSISTED WITH THE CREATION OF COLLABORATIVE MURALS. THE PROJECT BROUGHT TOGETHER SYRIAN REFUGEE YOUTH ALONG WITH THEIR HOST COMMUNITY PEERS TO PAINT ABOUT CO-EXISTENCE, COMMUNITY BUILDING AND HOPE FOR THE FUTURE. THE PROJECT ALSO ENCOMPASSED THREE INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITIONS OF THE CHILDREN'S WORK, AIMING TO RAISE AWARENESS ABOUT ISSUES THAT AFFECT THEIR LIVES. OASIS OF PAINT WORKED WITH SYRIAN REFUGEE YOUTH LIVING IN AZRAQ CAMP IN JORDAN. ARTISTS WORKED ALONG SIDE CAMP YOUTH TO PAINT SIX CHILD FRIENDLY SPACES. THE PAINTINGS REFLECTED THE CHILDREN'S DREAMS FOR THE FUTURE AND SERVED TO BRING COLOR TO THE OTHERWISE STARK ENVIRONMENT. YOUTH ALSO PARTICIPATED IN KITE MAKING WORKSHOPS. EYES OF GAZA WORKED WITH 40 YOUTH LIVING IN GAZA CITY. THE PROJECT CREATED 11 COLLABORATIVE MURALS WITH MESSAGES OF RESILIENCE AND HOPE FOR THE FUTURE.
