Blcs property holding company inc., financial statements were audited by marks paneth, llp. The organization's audit committee assumes responsibility for oversight of the audit of its financial statements and selection of an independent auditor.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

Fin 48 disclosure - the organization adopted the provisions of fasb interpretation no. 48 ("fin 48"), accounting for uncertainty in income taxes - an interpretation of fasb statement no. 109" now incorporated in asc 740, which provides standards for establishing and classifying any tax provision for uncertain tax provisions and recognizing any interest and penalties. The adoption of fin 48 did not have a material effect on the organization's financial position as of june 30, 2014 or the results of operations and cash flows for the year ended june 30, 2014. As of june 30, 2014, the organization has determined that no tax provisions for uncertain tax positions are needed.
