“Material differences in voting rights: the executive committee shall act in the name of and on behalf of the board as needed during intervals between meetings of the board or in the absence of a quorum on matters requiring the action of the board. Actions of the executive committee shall be within the policies of the board of directors. All actions taken by the executive committee shall be presented at the next following board of directors meeting for ratification.”

Each member designates representatives of the member. Each member may propose candidates for membership on the board of directors and its committees through the nominating process.”

In fiscal year 2016, the bright futures program served 220,000 students with 51 communities in missouri, kansas, oklahoma, virginia, arkansas, iowa and north carolina successfully adopting the bright futures program.”
