The Organization's conflict of interest policy covers all members of the Board of Directors. All reports are submitted to the President, who reviews potential conflicts and determines whether a conflict exists. Any Director with a conflict is excluded from all Board deliberations regarding the issue. An annual report is given to the President of the Board summarizing any allegations, investigations, complaints, losses, theft, or fraud within the past 12 months and the corrective action taken.

Anka has evaluated its current tax positions and has concluded that as of June 30, 2017, Anka does not have any significant uncertain tax positions for which a reserve would be necessary.
