The president of the board reviews the entire 990 prepared by an independent accountant. The President reviews for possible errors and omissions in qualitative and quantitative information. All questions and concerns are resolved with the accountant. Then the complete form is passed to the other board members for review and comments.

The board members review and approve the compensation package of the President. Any board member with a conflict of interest with respect to the compensation in question is not allowed to participate in the deliberations. All documents used to justify the compensation package given, notes of discussions conducted, and final decisions made are maintained within the minutes of meetings held.
