“Urban workshop the urban workshop is a series of eight classes that take place once per month from september through may( no class in december). The urban workshop is truly a special learning experience taught by nationally recognized experts in urban ministry. Participants will learn about such topics as kingdom theology, the city 101(includes a bus tour of city neighborhoods), what is poverty anyway, and much more. In addition, we are joined by panel participants who are leaders in our own city who are giving their time to help equip the women of kaleo for effective, fruitful urban service. Class size is limited to 25 to 30 women in order to accomplish both the teaching objectives and the "class" fellowship objectives. Attending the workshop is a commitment to complete it and participate in it to the full.”

“Solomons porch solomons porch is the graduation day for the urban workshop members. It is opportunity for the membership of kaleo to gather and meet representatives for each of our ministry partners and hear inspiring testimonies of how their gospel-centered work is changing lives. Over 140 kaleo members are in attendance and 10 to 15 ministries represented.”
