“District directors: three directors shall be elected to represent each of the following geographical membership districts within the state of north dakota. Directors representing geographical districts shall be elected by the members residing within each geographical district. Election of directors: election shall be made by the members of the corporation from each district at district caucuses during the annual meeting.”
