The oversight and selection process for the audit of the financial statements has not changed from the prior year. There have been no changes in the oversight process.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

Financial statement footnote relating to uncertain tax positions - the financial accounting standards board issued guidance on accounting for uncertainty in income taxes. Management evaluated the community's tax positions and concluded that the community had taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the financial statements to comply with the provision of this guidance. The community is no longer subject to income tax examinations by the us federal, state, or local tax authorities for years before june 30, 2015. Interest and penalties are classified as expense as incurred.
