Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11B

The president and cfo review the tax return before it is filed.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

All board members and employees are covered by a written conflict of interest policy that is monitored by the board of directors. Employees and board members must disclose financial investments they or their immediate family have in any firm that does business with the credit union or that competes with the credit union. Any conflict or potential conflict of interest must be disclosed as it arises. The credit unuon may require divestiture of the interest if it considers the financial interest to be in conflict with the best interests of the credit union. Potential conflicts are reviewed and determinations are made by the president and board of directors.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15

The board of directors determines the level of compensation for officers and other key employees annually. They use comparative data from similar organizations and also consider the current economic environment to ensure compensation is reasonable for the services provided.

Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19

The governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements are avaliable upon request.

FORM 990, PART XI, LINE 9:

Change in defined benefit obligation -1,146,679.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The credit union's policy is to evaluate the likelihood that its uncertain tax positions will prevail upon examination based on the extent to which those positions have substantial suppor within the internal revenue code and regulations, revenue rulings court decisions, and other evidence. It is the opinion of management that the credit union has no significant uncertain tax positions that would be subject to change upon examination. The federal income tax returns of the credit union are subject to examination by the irs, generally for three years after they were filed. All required tax filings are up to date.

IRS990ScheduleD/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt0THE CREDIT UNION'S POLICY IS TO EVALUATE THE LIKELIHOOD THAT ITS UNCERTAIN TAX POSITIONS WILL PREVAIL UPON EXAMINATION BASED ON THE EXTENT TO WHICH THOSE POSITIONS HAVE SUBSTANTIAL SUPPOR WITHIN THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE AND REGULATIONS, REVENUE RULINGS COURT DECISIONS, AND OTHER EVIDENCE.
