PART X, LINE 2:

“The center is exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. The center's policy is to provide liabilities for uncertain income tax provisions when a liability is probable and estimable. The center has no uncertain tax positions for the years ended july 31, 2021 and 2020. Management is not aware of any violation of its tax status as an organization exempt from income taxes. The center is no longer subject to audits by the irs for years prior to fiscal 2018.”
