The peo filed on behalf of 9 nonprofit leadership alliance employees during the year. The amounts from these filings are reported on part ix, lines 5 and 7.”

“Alumni elect the president of the nonprofit leadership alliance national alumni association independently. By nature of the office, this person serves on the board of directors of nonprofit leadership alliance. The nonprofit leadership alliance campus executive directors association elects a president, who serves on the nonprofit leadership alliance board of directors.”

The statements are collected in the national office of the organization.
