“During 2013, the center for education and private enterprise (cepe) was undergoing an evaluation of the services it provides & working to rebrand its image. As a result, substantially all activities were halted to focus on the revision of bylaws and rebranding efforts. Cepe was renamed on january 1, 2014 to the missouri realtors educational foundation & appointed a new set of trustees to start revamping the services provided & launch a new branding effort. We do not anticipate significant activity to resume under this entity until 2015.”
