Mission

College and career preparation and planning for students grades kindergarten through 12, serving all four schools in Coshocton County.

College and career advising for students in three school districts, county-wide, in grades K-12.

Manufacturing Days:$381 Grades 10-11 tour local factories that manufacture goods and find out what skills and trades are needed for those jobs and how to apply and when/ Learn how to network and communicate with employers. Career Center Visits: $397; Grades K, 6, and 10; exposure to programs offered by the Career Center and what job opportunities and certifications can be obtained immediately after high school. Career Partnership Day:$360; Grades 11-12; Students go to several area businesses and organizations to tour and ask questions about the company/agency and the job availability and job outlook and skills needed for those jobs. Financial Aid Day/ College App Days: $500; Grade 12; parents and students are educated and walked through the process of completing the FASFA and obtaining financial aid for college. REAL Money/REAL World Simulation:$110; Grades 11-12; Students are given a day to go through simulated situations as in real life having to make financial decisions based on scenarios played out throughout the school day. Students are given play money, fictional lives, and periodically must make difficult financial decisions based on scenarios given to them by the facilitator.
