Habitat for humanity of st. Charles county works with hardworking families in our community to offer them the opportunity for homeownership. We are a hand up, not a hand out for our partner families. We help them build their home and help them build the skills needed to be a successful homeowner. Each homeowner commits to 350 hours of sweat equity and this includes financial and homeowner education. They also work with a family support partner throughout the entire process. They then purchase the home through habitat st. Charles with a zero percent 30 year mortgage. Their principal payments help us build more homes in our community.seeking to put god's love into action, habitat for humanity of st.
