Peter and paul housing corporation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the purchase, redevelopment, and management of historic properties. The goals are to enhance city livability, encourage city growth, and through residential and commercial redevelopment, preserve architecturally significant buildings and promote stable neighborhoods in the city of st. Louis.
