“Sch. N - Dissolution of the organization - A majority of the board of directors voted on May 13, 2015 to dissolve the organization as soon as possible due to lack of funding and distribute its few assets to another 501(c)(3) organization. See minutes attached. The final payroll tax returns were filed for the third quarter, 2015 and W-2s and 1099's filed in January 2016. All liabilities were paid including amounts owed to staff. Once the final transactions were completed Articles of Dissolution were filed with the Missouri Secretary of State. The certificate of termination dated December 16, 2015 is attached. This is the final return.”
