The organizations primary exempt purpose is to enhance and safeguard the entitlements and welfare of american veterans who have served honorably, and to improve the quality of life for them and their families. The organization accomplishes this purpose by providing direct assistance to veterans in need supporting community outreach and memorial activities promoting patriotism and remembrance offering fellowship and mutual support among veterans and operating programs and activities that foster camaraderie, emotional well-being, and reintegration into civilian life. The organization also conducts fundraising, social, and recreational activities that are substantially related to and in support of its exempt purpose by strengthening veteran fellowship and generating funds used exclusively for veteran assistance, charitable outreach, and community support initiatives.
