Changes to Organizing or Governing Documents

Council for Drug Free Youth revised its bylaws to reduce the size of the Board of Directors. Where previously the bylaws stated that the "Board of Directors shall have a minimum no fewer than 15 members", the bylaws as revised now indicate that the Board consists only of the Executive Board. The Executive Board consists of 7 members.
