Mission

The mission of the mtc is to help strengthen the economy of missouri through the development of science and technology; promote the modernizaton of business by supporting the transfer of science, technology and quality improvements by providing leadership in the establishment of methods of technology application, commercialization and development.

Mtc promotes entrepreneurship and fosters the growth of high-tech companies in missouri.

During the fiscal period ending june 30, 2010, the board of missouri technology corporation adopted a conflict of interest policy. The mtc board reviews the conflict of interest annually at a board meeting. Board members annually sign acknowledgements stating that they have received and reviewed the conflict of interest policy. Additionally, all applicants for mtc funding are required to disclose any potential conflicts.

THE FUNDS ALSO SUPPORT MTC'S SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM, WHICH PROVIDES A STRUCTURED PROCESS FOR FUNDING EVENTS THAT ALIGN WITH MTC'S MISSION TO CATALYZE INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN MISSOURI.
