We feel we have a strong case of rebuttable presumption of reasonableness for the ceo, cfo and medical director salaries because our compensation committee reviews these items using comparability data, which has been confirmed by the hay group, a national compensation consulting group. Furthermore, the ceo, cfo & medical director are under employment contracts negotiated by the board.
