“Ushcc members include dues-paying local chambers of commerce, professional trade associations, and business networks. Ushcc shall have membership classifications based on the following categories: - individual member: a person who is an individual, trade association, chamber of commerce, chamber of chambers, statewide membership organization, corporation, partnership, or business entity having a good faith interest in the objectives of ushcc. - hispanic business enterprise: a business entity that is 51% or more hispanic-owned, which meets the eligibility requirements and pays the dues as established by the ushcc board of directors. - corporate partner member: a business entity which meets the eligibility requirements and pays the dues as established by the ushcc board of directors. - honorary member: a person or business entity which meets the eligibility requirements and is not required to pay dues. - hispanic trade associations, local hispanic chambers of commerce, chamber of chambers, and statewide membership organizations that meet the qualifications established by the ushcc board of directors.”
