Mission

We develop low to moderate income housing, provide landlord training services, tenant screening services and other community development services (energy conservation, beautification, infrastructure enhancements and other) in Saint Louis City, specifically Tower Grove South, Shaw and Southwest Garden neighborhoods.

Housing Development - Attract, facilitate and coordinate housing rehabilitation within the St. Louis metropolitan region (15 counties), with a focus in St. Louis City and historically SW Garden, Shaw and Tower Grove South. Technical Assistance - Provide counseling and information of home ownership, financing, contractors, government programs, etc. and other services related to housing. Neighborhood Marketing And Rent Referral - Maintain a list of properties for sale and rent in the area; marketing neighborhood through brochures, advertising special events, workshops, etc. Tower Grove Neighborhoods CDC promotes and improves quality of life by attracting public and private investment and providing real estate and other community services.
