Mission

The Missouri Apartment Association (MAA) is a non-profit organization representing multi-family owners and/or management as well as product and service providers in the rental-housing industry. MAA works to promote and maintain the highest professional apartment industry standards through education, communication, and legislative support.

Program Services

DescriptionGrantsExpenses
Education-MAA pays for directors to attend National Apartment Association (NAA) educational meetings. The directors also represent each of their affiliates when traveling to the same meetings, as there are usually NAA organizational decisions to be made.--
Legislative Education-MAA assembles and distributes a Legislative Redbook to its members. It is assembled by a Missouri lawyer who reviews each legislative session for changes that affect the industry. The MAA Board and its affiliate members review the changes for direct affect and try to educate members across the state on how the laws affect them.--
