Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11B

Electronic copies of the completed 2024 Tax Form 990 and all required schedules were shared with all Andrew County Ministries Board Members prior to submitting documents to a CPA for final review and submission. Board Members reviewed the documents and were given the opportunity to recommend changes before a formal vote to accept the completed Form 990 was taken.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

Prior to the first Andrew County Ministries Board meeting of each calendar year, all Board Members are given a copy of the Conflict of Interest Policy(Article 11 of the Andrew County Ministries Bylaws). During the first meeting all Board Members are required to sign an affirmation that they have received a copy of the Conflict of Interest Policy, have read and understand this policy and agree to comply with the policy.

Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19

Electronic and paper copies of all governing documents(e.g. Bylaws, Conflict of Interest Policy, Meeting Minutes,Financial Reports) are available to all churches partnering with Andrew County Ministries. Bi-monthly ACM Board meeting materials(including an invitation to attend) are shared with Andrew County church representatives via email prior to every meeting.

IRS990/ProgSrvcAccomActyOtherGrp/Desc0Andrew County Retired and Senior Volunteer Program(RSVP):Andrew County Ministries was awarded the AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP grant that partially funded the budget needed to operate the Andrew County Retired and Senior Volunteer Progam(RSVP). Andrew County Ministries served as the sponsoring agency for RSVP for 50 years. In addition to facilitating senior volunteer placements at Andrew County volunteer stations, the RSVP office arranged medical transportation for seniors who had no other means of transportation, prepared tax returns for seniors and low income households, and provided Medicare Part D enrollment assistance. In the most recent progress report to AmeriCorps Senior RSVP(i.e. covering the time period April 1, 2024-March 31, 2025) 128 district volunteers age 55 or older were spread across ten volunteer stations and served a total of 13,451 volunteer hours.

Each family received food voucher to a local grocery store.(i.e., $60/family) Christmas gifts are only purchased for the unadopted children. The actual weight of food distributed to a 4 person family is used to estimate the food weights distributed to 5+ person families because the amounts are comparable. FMV of $1.97 per pound was determined by the FY2024 valuation report for Feeding America.
