This corporation provides the operational support for our service club by collecting revenues to support costs associated with our regularly scheduled lunch meetings, registration and other associated fees for designated members to attend leadership training, costs associated with scheduled fellowship and social events, dues paid to Rotary International and Rotary District 5495, administrative costs of running the club, and ensuring the club operates responsibly by supporting the activities of Mesa West Rotary.”

When this occurs, the donations are held as liabilities until transferred to the intended charities. When making those transfers, we do in in the name(s) of the original donor(s). We do not show those transactions as income or expense.”
