To break the cycle of incarceration among women by offering safe community and healing programs to women during and after incarceration.

Form 990-ez, Part III, Line 28

Each year, the organization reaches up to one thousand (1,000) justice- involved women through eight (8) uniquely designed, gender-responsive classes offered at five (5) texas correctional facilities. Two (2) unique classes are designed for our granduates who have been released from correctional custody. The texas department of criminal justice (tdcj) data shows that 86.2% of our graduates remain free three (3) years after their release from prison. The percentage difference between our organization's recidivism rate for women compared to that of the state of texas equates to almost one million dollars in savings.
