Mission

The organization is a federally qualified health center. The organization operates medical clinics that provide primary health care services to poor, working poor and indigent people. The organization's mission is to ensure the health and wellness of each individual so every person may reach their fullest human potential within a caring environment. The organization provides a medical home of sensitivity, respect and trust; it provides everyone with accessible, high quality health and wellness services; it serves the vulnerable, the fragile, and those with special problems; it evolves to meet the health and wellness needs of the community; its physicians use the best medical practice standards providing a continuum of care for all ages; and the organization works with others to advance the well-being of everyone.

The organization's mission is to ensure the health and wellness of each individual so every person may reach their fullest human potential within a caring environment.
