Evaluations are collected and summarized by the secretary of the organization to provide a formal review to the board as well as the executive director. Documented review in the employee file with board approval and vote in the board minutes. The council on foundations grantmaker salary and benefits report: salary tables are reviewed by all executive committee members to determine minimum, median and maximum compensation for a similar position in our immediate demographic area. The foundation follows the accounting standard to evaluate uncertain tax positions and has determined that it was not required to record a liability related to uncertain tax positions at june 30, 2025 and 2024.”
