The organization contracts with four oaks family and children's services to manage the property and provide accounting services. No officers or directors of the filing organization were compensated by the management company during the year.

The outside tax preparer reviews the form 990 in draft form with the chief financial officer of the management company, four oaks family and children's services. All questions and concerns are addressed to full satisfaction before becoming final. The final form 990 is provided to the full board prior to filing with the irs.

The organization requires all officers and directors to disclose any conflict of interest upon joining the board of directors as well as report any duality of interest as soon as the interest occurs. The u.s. Department of housing and urban development also actively monitors for conflicts of interest between the organization and its officers and directors. As an additional safeguard, the management company reviews vendor lists and board member lists annually.
