The corporation provides support for cass county memorial hospital and other similar organizations in the area. The support includes recruiting, employing and furnishing physicians and other medical professionals to staff rural health clinics and other medical enterprises owned and operated by the supported organizations. The support also includes conducting charitable, educational, and scientific activities designed or carried on in furtherance of the supported organizations.

The mission of the corporation is to operate for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of, cass county memorial hosptial and other charitable health care, scientific and educational entities which qualify as nonprofit corporations and which operate, supervise or control this organization or are supervised or controlled in connection with this organization, either directly or through the hospital. The purposes therefor include, without limitation: 1. To engage in, support and conduct charitable, educational and scientific activiites designed or carried on in furtherance of the purposes described above; 2. To solicit and receive contributions, gifts, grants, devises, or bequests of real or personal property, or both from individuals, foundations, and public and private entities; 3. To recruit, employ, and furnish physicians and other medical professionals to staff rural health clinics and other medical enterprises owned and operated by supported organizations; 4. To maintain, use, and apply, directly or indirectly, the whole or any part of the income therefrom and the principal thereof, exclusively for the benefit of supported organizations; and 5. To enter in joint and cooperative ventures with supported organizations in order to carry out the foregoing objectives.
