The organization has been granted tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Accordingly, no provision for income taxes has been provided in the financial statements. Management is unaware of any uncertain tax positions at september 30, 2019 and 2018. Interest and penalties associated with income tax matters would be presented as components of income tax expense. There were no interest or penalty charges during 2019 and 2018.
