The executive/audit committee of the board, which includes four board members, reviewed form 990.the audit committee is required to bring to the board any recommendations for changes to form 990 or changes to cfpc policy based upon the 990 review

Pt VI, Line 15A

The executive/audit committee sets the executive director's compensation during its annual review of the executive director's performance. In 2006, the executive committee used comparability data regarding executive direcor compensation from other research and policy centers with similarly-situated executive directors. The executive committee has made salary adjustments for the executive director consistent with those made for other cfpc staff, based upon an overall compensation schedule for the employees of different rank in the organization, with annual compensation adjustments made according to a general adjustment and performance bonus set out for the year.
