Young Presidents' Organization Inc

The purpose of the organization is to create better leaders through education and idea exchange. This is accomplished through various educational opportunities throughout the year. No part of the net earnings of the corporation shall inure to the benefit of any individual, and no substantial part of the activities of the corporation shall be carrying on propaganda or otherwise attempting to influence legislation. The corporation is expressly prohibited from making any distributions of income to its members, directors, or officers, although members, directors, or officers may be reimbursed for expenses incurred while conducting the affairs of the corporation.
