Rent is collected from 12 persons who live in the building. People who live in the buildings are elderly, some receive public assistance while others do not. Two people are handicapped with on receiving public assistance. The apartments rent for $450 to $500 a month. Rents include heat, water/sewer and laundry. We are located in a rural setting, a small town of about 300. Sometimes apartments set empty until the need is required. We attract people from a wide rural area.-$73,278
