Interested persons are required to recuse themselves from discussion and voting on matters involving a conflict of interest. The policy further addresses the proper documentation of the proceedings and potential disciplinary and corrective action for violations of the policy. The policy is available to the public upon request.”

THE MERCYONE CEDAR FALLS AMBULANCE DEPARTMENT SERVES AS THE EMERGENCY 911 RESPONDER FOR THE CITY OF CEDAR FALLS.BEYOND PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL AND COMPASSIONATE HEALTH CARE SERVICES DAILY, MERCYONE CEDAR FALLS EXTENDS ITS HEALING MISSION IN THE COMMUNITY THROUGH NUMEROUS PROGRAMS AND RESOURCES FOR ALL INCLUDING: A 15-BED INPATIENT SENIOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH UNIT FOR THE ELDERLY, AND A SURGICAL AND NON-SURGICAL WEIGHT LOSS MANAGEMENT CLINIC INCLUDING BARIATRIC SURGERY TO ADDRESS OBESITY. MERCYONE CEDAR FALLS ALSO PROVIDES OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICES, AS WELL AS GENERAL HEALTH EDUCATION AND SCREENINGS TO IMPROVE HEALTH DISPARITIES IN THE COMMUNITY.
