All employees and board members must avoid potential conflicts of interest. A potential conflict of interest exists whenever employees/board members have outside interest, direct or indirect, which might conflict with their duties to mwa or adversely affect their judgement in the discharge of their responsibilities. Any director, officer or staff person, who fails to follow the conflict of interest policy or the protocols established in the policy for notice and procedure when a conflict of interest is found to exist, shall be subject to disciplinary action to be imposed by the board of directors.

Form 990, Page 6, Part VI, Line 15A

The board of directors determines the compensation of the executive director. This process includes an annual review and approval by the board members after considering past performance, adjustments for any new required duties, and the current year's budget.

Form 990, Page 6, Part VI, Line 19
