“Any person may become a member of this society upon approval of the executive board. The excecutive board shall ensure that the memberhsip fo teh society reflects the diversit of interests and characteristics of the population of stevens county as a whole. The executive board is not required to state the reasons for withholding approval of a prospective member but shall not deny membership based upon any factor prohibited by applicable state or federal anti-discrimination laws. Any society member who has missed 50% or more of the meetings in any given year, by vote of executive board, have their voting rights suspended.”
