Participants will be identified through open registration with limited, objective eligibility criteria (such as school enrollment and participation in a sport) to ensure the programs serve their intended purpose. No youth will be excluded based on inability to pay. Camps will be supervised by qualified volunteers and organizational staff, and volunteers will be screened and trained as appropriate. 3) public awareness and community outreach. The organization will raise awareness of its programs through partnerships with local and national businesses, community networks, and outreach events.
