THE BROOK IS A SIX-STORY RESIDENCE THAT PLAYS A KEY ROLE IN REVITALIZING THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY. THE 190-UNIT BUILDING INCLUDES GROUND FLOOR COMMUNITY AND RETAIL SPACE AND PROVIDES PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING TO LOW-INCOME WORKERS, PEOPLE WITH HIV/AIDS, AND CHRONICALLY HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS, INCLUDING INDIVIDUALS WITH MENTAL ILLNESS.
