To acquire and operate a 15-unit apartment complex, springbrook place, to provide low-income housing and services for persons with very low income and developmental disabilities.

Financial Statement Notes

Schedule D, Page 3, Part X

Federal income taxes - the company is a non-profit tax-exempt corporation under irc 501(c)(3) for federal purposes, and as a non-profit tax-exempt corporation it does not pay federal income tax. Therefore no provision for income taxes is included in the accompanying financial statements. Management of the company has analyzed the tax positions taken by the company and has concluded that as of june 30, 2025 there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require disclosure in the financial statements. The company is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however there are currently no audits for any tax period in progress. The company's management believes it is no longer subject to income tax examinations for years prior to june 30, 2022.
