“A compilation of accounts are prepared and reviewed by the finance director and treasurer. The compiled financial statement is reviewed and approved by the executive committee and the board of managers.the financial statement is used by a member of the finance committee to prepare the financial portion of form 990 and inputs are provided by the executive committee to prepare the remaining portion of the form 990. The final 990 is reviewed by the finance committee, district governor and the district treasurer. The form is then submitted to the finance director of the national aau office.”

Gulf aau financial statements are provided at meetings of the executive committee and the board of managers. The financial statements are also available from the governor or the treasurer.”
