The return is reviewed in its entirety by finance management. Any questions are resolved with the independent acounting firm that prepares the return. In addition, a copy is provided to each member of the board of directors before it is filed with the irs.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

A copy of the conflict of interest policy shall be furnished to each director, committee member, officer, and staff member. Each new director, committee member, officer, and staff member shall be advised of the policy upon undertaking his or her respective duties. Each director, committee member, officer, and staff member shall annually sign a statement which affirms that such person (a) has received a copy of the conflict of interest policy; (b) has read and understands the policy; (c) has agreed to comply with the policy; and (d) understands that the corporation is a charitable organization and that in order to maintain its federal tax exemption it must engage primarily in activities which accomplish one or more of its tax-exempt purposes.

The organization uses a comparative process for determining appropriate and reasonable compensation for its president, other officers, and key employees, including review and approval by the organization's independent board of directors. The process includes the use of comparability data of similarly qualified persons in functionally comparable positions in other non-profit organizations of similar size and function. This process includes contemporaneous documentation and recordkeeping with respect to the deliberations and decisions regarding the compensation arrangements.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

Agmu was formed as a corporation under the laws of the state of delaware in april 2003. During the year ended july 31, 2018, agmu applied for tax-exempt status in connection with its corporate restructuring. In september 2018, agmu was granted recognition of its tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, with an effective date of august 23, 2017. Accordingly, no income tax liability or provision for income taxes is reflected in these financial statements. As of july 31, 2024, with certain exceptions, agmu is no longer subject to income tax examinations by u.s. Federal or state taxing authorities for any years prior to the three most recent tax years.
