Obhc is dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral health services to individuals of all ages and diverse cultural or ethnic backgrounds. Obhc offers substance use counseling, case management, and skills training for those with developmental disabilities, substance use disorders, and mental health concerns. Obhc's primary goal is to empower these individuals to effectively manage their lives, employment, and community participation through comprehensive engagement.

The governing board members are given the written conflict of interest policy along with all of the bylaws and rules governing the board members. The board members are given annual training regarding the responsibilities of the board including the importance of the conflict of interest policy.

The board of directors approves salary ranges and pay increases for ceo, cfo, cco and coo positions through the annual budgeting process. The agency utilizing performance measures, as established by job description, and salary surveys to determine pay increases and pay bands. A third-party compensation consultant conducts market salary surveys of similar organization and industries. The process described here was last completed in 2024.

IN FY 2024 THE PROGRAM SUBCONTRACTED CI AND IE SERVICES TO NORTHWEST CENTERS, PROVIDING 3,780 HOURS OF DIRECT SERVICE TO DDA ELIGIBLE ADULTS. THE PROGRAM ALSO PROVIDES COMMUNITY SUPPORTS THROUGH SCHOOL TRANSITION SUPPORTS AND THE JOB FOUNDATION PILOT PROGRAM, COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND INFORMATION PROGRAMS AND RESOURCE SHARING, INCLUDING SPONSORSHIP OF THE OKANOGAN COUNTY PARENT TO PARENT COORDINATOR AND PROGRAM.
