Catholic eldercare community services is designed to provide a full continuum of care for older adults. Our goal is to give each person options they need to live life as fully as possible as long as they live. To accomplish this, we provide care in partnership with family, church and community in as least restrictive setting as possible and with the greatest degree of self-determination consistent with each individual's health and safety.
