Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

At the first board of directors meeting of the calendar year, all board members review and sign the "policy on conflicts of interest and disclosure of certain interests" form. The executive committee reviews all completed forms for potential conflicts of interest and determines the proper course of action. The executive director determines the compensation for all other employees, with input and approval provided by the executive committee. The organization's benefits package is determined by the executive committee. These processes were last performed in 2013.
